Breath. It is an important thing. We come into this life with a first breath and we leave with our last. Many don’t realize the importance of breathing and that the more control you take over it, the more conscious you are of it’s rhythm, the more control you have over your being. If we control our breath, slow it down, make it purposeful, we can control our mood and our reactions/interactions with others. We can calm ourselves, feel at peace and tune ourselves into the present moment free of all the noise that interrupts our relationship with self.
